develops Airfoil Vanes, which are used in aircraft
engines. These are stator vanes of SS321
(AMS-5510)/SS410 (AMS-5613)/ AMS-5604 material. At present
32 types of vanes have been developed and further additions
are in process.
Process:
1. Rolled Raw Material Procurement (supplied by customer
from USA)
2. Blanking operation (Tooling developed in-house.)
3. Deburring operation - In-house
4. Forming operation- Helix angle generation (Tooling
developed in-house.).
5. Polishing operation - In-house
6. Inspection on profile projector and comparator stand -
In-house
7. Packing
8. Dispatched to customer.
