Products manufacture Airfoil Vanes at Kwality Products.
These vanes are used mainly in Helicopter engines at
compressor stages. Most of the vanes developed are stator
vanes of SS321 (AMS-5510)/SS410 (AMS-5613)/ AMS-5604
material. More than 30 types have been developed at Kwality
Products. We supply these vanes to the vendors of Honeywell
and Rolls Royce USA.
Along with airfoil vanes, we can manufacture sheet metal
hollow vanes. In year 2008 kwality Products developed a
special purpose roll forming machine to manufacture stator
bands/rings. Rings with a cone shape can be manufactured at
Kwality Products.
Process:
1. Rolled Raw Material Procurement (supplied by customer
from USA)
2. Blanking operation (Tooling developed in-house.)
3. Deburring operation - In-house
4. Forming operation- Helix angle generation (Tooling
developed in-house.).
5. Polishing operation - In-house
6. Inspection on profile projector and comparator stand -
In-house
7. Packing
8. Dispatched to customer.
